الاستبدال والاسترجاع
لا نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع. يُسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المعتمدة.
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are only permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect, subject to our terms and conditions.
تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب
لا يمكن تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment has been completed.
طلبات التعديل
لا تُقبل طلبات التعديل بعد مرور 3 أيام من استلام الطلب، أو في حال تم استخدام المنتج أو تعرضه للتلف من قبل العميل.
Modification requests will not be accepted more than 3 days after receiving the order, or if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
المقاس واللون
لا يُقبل الاستبدال بسبب اختيار مقاس خاطئ أو عدم توافق اللون مع توقعات العميل. يرجى التأكد من المقاس واللون قبل إتمام الطلب.
Exchanges are not accepted due to incorrect size selection or dissatisfaction with the selected color. Please carefully review your size and color before placing your order.
مدة التنفيذ
تستغرق مدة تنفيذ الطلب من أسبوع إلى أسبوعين من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
Orders require approximately 1–2 weeks for processing from the date of confirmation.
طريقة العناية
يُنصح بالتنظيف الجاف فقط، وتجنب الحرارة العالية أثناء الكي. عند الحاجة، استخدمي حرارة منخفضة مع البخار، وتجنبي وضع العطور أو المواد الكيميائية مباشرة على المنتج.
Dry clean only. Avoid high heat when ironing. If necessary, use low heat with steam and avoid applying perfumes or chemicals directly to the product.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو عدم اتباع تعليمات العناية بالمنتج.
